Dr. Nishang Patel is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles through personalized and preventive care. After years of serving patients in his hometown of Hinesville, Georgia, Dr. Patel is excited to bring his expertise and patient-centered philosophy to Apex, North Carolina, as the founder of Novel Dental.Dr. Patel earned his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry (D.M.D.) from the Dental College of Georgia. His education began at Bradwell Institute and continued at Armstrong University, where he completed his undergraduate studies.At Novel Dental, Dr. Patel provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. His clinical expertise includes general dentistry, such as tooth-colored restorations, crowns and bridges, root canal therapy, partial and complete dentures, and preventive care. He also offers dental implant placement and restoration and clear aligner therapy to help patients achieve healthy, functional, and beautiful smiles.Dr. Patel’s practice philosophy focuses on building long-term, health-centered relationships grounded in trust, education, and open communication. He takes time to help patients understand their dental health and works with them to create personalized treatment plans that enhance their comfort, confidence, and overall well-being.His passion for dentistry was inspired by his own transformative orthodontic experience as a teenager: “I chose dentistry because I felt like a different person when I finished orthodontic treatment. I had new confidence in my smile and a deep appreciation for what a dentist can do for people.”Outside of the office, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through hiking and sports, exploring new destinations through travel, and volunteering with the BAPS Hindu Temple.
